We offer support services for behavioral health residents (per care plan) who may also have history of Serious Mental Illness (SMI), Dual diagnosis and Substance Use Disorder and who have completed any mandatory incarceration and/or hospital treatment and have been deemed not to be a danger to the community or themselves.
We provide support, screening and access to services for all our residents.
We work with selected PCP and Psychiatry providers including our On call RN , who are available to do in house visits or telehealth appointments as needed and ensuring the residents mental, physical and well being needs are addressed and taken care of and this provides a better coordination of care and services for our residents.

We offer transportation 2-3 times per week to the NA/12 step Meeting in the community to residents depending on their treatment plan.
We coordinate with Traditional Native Healers to offer services to Native American Indians for Traditional Healing.
Our Dual Diagnosis Program provides specialized treatment for individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. Our licensed professionals utilize evidenced based practices such as Intergrated Dual Disorder treatment (IDDT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Substance Use Disorders (CBT-SUD).
We assist with as needed self administration of medications as well as supervise residents with their self administration of medication and teach residents on medication management
We provide transportation to and from appointments and offsite activities that are within the East Valley Proximity.
We assist and teach residents to schedule their own rides to their appointments using the insurance covered medical transportation services.
We provide training to our residents in order to improve on their social and communication skills, coping skills as well as their Independent Living Skills and Activities of Daily Living Skills
